Islamabad- Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar has said that one year has passed since the Pahalgam false flag operation, but India has still failed to present any concrete evidence in support of its position.
He stated that the Pahalgam incident reflects a mindset based on hollowness, illogical thinking, false pride, arrogance, and greed, while India has so far been unable to provide a satisfactory response to the questions raised regarding the incident. He alleged that India often projects its internal issues as external matters and misrepresents the Kashmir dispute.
According to Attaullah Tarar, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s offer for an independent and impartial investigation into the incident was avoided by India, which he said further raises doubts. He added that the immediate filing of an FIR within minutes of the incident also raises serious questions.
He further stated that international media and various circles have also raised concerns over the incident, while Indian media allegedly amplified propaganda and exaggerated the situation.
Attaullah Tarar accused India of involvement in terrorism-related activities, claiming that Pakistan possesses evidence in this regard which has been shared with the international community from time to time. He said Pakistan is successfully taking action against terrorism and will not compromise on national security.
He added that Pakistan’s political and military leadership is fully united for the defense and stability of the country, and the nation remains committed to the complete elimination of terrorism.
Conclusion:
According to the Federal Minister, Pakistan is a proponent of global peace and will continue all necessary measures to safeguard its sovereignty and security.
