Security Sources Accuse India of Destabilisation Efforts, Raise Concerns Over Minority Rights and Regional Security

Security sources have alleged that India is pursuing a strategy aimed at spreading instability across the region, particularly in Pakistan, to divert attention from its domestic challenges, while asserting that the Indian leadership remains unwilling to accept prevailing ground realities.

According to the sources, India has developed a tendency to portray itself as a regional hegemon despite what they described as growing internal weaknesses driven by rising intolerance and religious extremism. They claimed that the concept of “Akhand Bharat” reflects India’s expansionist ambitions and argued that Hindutva ideology has altered the country’s secular identity.

Security sources further alleged that the Indian military has become influenced by the political and ideological agenda of the ruling BJP, adding that deep social divisions have undermined the narrative of a “Shining India.”

The sources also claimed that freedom of expression and media freedom in India remain under significant state control, describing the country as increasingly resembling a police state. They warned that escalating polarization and intolerance could pose serious risks to social cohesion.

Expressing concern over the situation of minorities, security sources alleged that Muslims and other minority communities face increasing discrimination and oppression. They claimed that followers of Hindutva ideology do not recognise the equal rights of minorities and asserted that Muslims in India are often compelled to demonstrate loyalty to the dominant ideological framework in order to ensure their social and political survival.

Security sources also raised concerns about what they described as the possibility of large-scale violence in India, claiming that the international community should not ignore the threat of mass atrocities. They alleged that the scale of such violence could surpass other contemporary humanitarian crises if left unaddressed.

Referring to Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the sources alleged that the territory remains heavily militarised, claiming that one military personnel is deployed for every seven to eight residents in the region. They further alleged that India uses Pakistan’s name in various so-called false flag operations to suppress freedom movements and divert global attention from internal issues.

Security sources maintained that Indian policymakers view a stable, prosperous and moderate Pakistan as a strategic challenge. They claimed that sections of Indian media and political circles remain engaged in promoting narratives against Pakistan and its armed forces.

The sources also alleged that the top leadership of the banned Joint Awami Action Committee is pursuing an agenda aligned with Indian interests.

Concluding their remarks, security sources stated that Pakistan and its people have never been intimidated by India and will continue to remain steadfast in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty, stability and national interests. This version incorporates all the information provided while presenting it in a structured and professional news format with clear attribution to security sources.
