Islamabad- The Foreign Ministers of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt have jointly welcomed the leadership of President Donald J. Trump and his renewed efforts to end the war in Gaza. The ministers expressed confidence in his ability to chart a path toward peace and stability in the region.

In their statement, the ministers underlined the importance of the partnership with the United States in securing a sustainable peace. They emphasized that U.S. engagement remains critical for achieving lasting solutions to the ongoing crisis.

Key Elements of the Proposal

The ministers welcomed President Trump’s announcement, which includes:

Ending the war in Gaza,

Rebuilding Gaza’s infrastructure,

Preventing the displacement of the Palestinian people,

Rejecting the annexation of the West Bank,

Advancing a comprehensive peace framework.

The ministers reaffirmed their readiness to work constructively with the United States and all relevant parties. Their aim is to finalize and implement an agreement that secures peace, security, and stability for the peoples of the region.

Comprehensive Deal for Peace

They stressed the importance of a holistic approach, outlining core priorities:

Unrestricted humanitarian aid access to Gaza,

No displacement of Palestinians,

Release of hostages,

A robust security mechanism that protects all sides,

Full Israeli withdrawal,

Reconstruction of Gaza,

A clear path to a just peace based on the two-state solution.

The ministers reiterated that the foundation of long-term peace must be the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian state, fully integrating Gaza with the West Bank. This solution, they noted, must be rooted in international law and recognized as key to achieving regional stability and security.
