Karachi, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari accompanied by Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori and Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah visited Sindh Police’ display in IDEAS 2022 at Expo Centre and applauded the professional reforms being brought in Sindh Police.

DIG Security & Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed briefed the Foreign Minister about journey of Sindh Police towards modern policing and incorporation of the latest information technology. He also briefed about the professionally advanced trained commandos of Special Security Unit, Special Weapon & Tactics Team (S.W.A.T) of SSU equipped with latest weapons, gadgets and communication system.

It is pertinent to mention that this is the first ever participation of Sindh Police in the international exhibition event. Security & Emergency Services Division on behalf of Sindh Police is participating in the 11th Edition of International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2022, scheduled to be held from 15th – 18th November 2022 at Karachi Expo Centre.

The Sindh police is exhibiting its services at Hall No. 8 (Marquee), Pakistan Pavilion. Besides, a large number of visitors visited the display of Security Division and appreciated Sindh Police’s journey towards modernism.

Companies of more than 50 countries are exhibiting their products at the IDEAS 2022.
