Islamabad, Spokesperson Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, in response to media queries said, Pakistan and the United States continue to hold consultations on a range of issues. To advance these consultations, exchange of visits also takes place. In this context the following visits are taking place in coming days:

Assistant Secretary for Population, Refugees, and Migration, Julieta Valls Noyes (4-6 December)

Special Representative on Afghanistan Tom West (7-9 December)

Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Elizabeth Horst (9-12 December)

These visits are part of ongoing dialogue with the US on a range of issues including, but not limited to, the situation in Afghanistan.
