ISLAMABAD: Iran’s Foreign Minister Syed Abbas Araghchi is expected to arrive Islamabad next week, sources say.
This will be his first visit to Pakistan after assuming office, during which he will meet with senior government figures and hold talks on bilateral relations.
It is said the visit aims to secure Pakistan’s cooperation against Israel and facilitate discussions on Iran’s strategic planning and Pakistan’s perspective on regional dynamics. Pakistan is poised to offer diplomatic backing to Iran, sources said.
