BAKU, Federal Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination Musadik Malik met Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov in Baku on Tuesday to discuss bilateral cooperation in energy, climate resilience and sustainable development.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of the World Urban Forum currently taking place in Baku.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and explored opportunities to further strengthen collaboration between Pakistan and Azerbaijan in the fields of energy cooperation, environmental coordination and sustainable urban development.

The two ministers also emphasized the importance of regional partnerships to address climate challenges and promote sustainable growth through enhanced bilateral engagement.
