Karachi, In an Intelligence based operation with Directorate of Customs Intelligence, Karachi while conducting Maritime Security Operations, Pakistan Maritime Security Agency Ship, conducted Boarding Operation on a boat at high seas and successfully apprehended huge cache of Narco (675 Kilograms Narco of ICE) on 23rd May.
Estimated value of seized Narco is US $ 37 Million or PKR Rs 10 Billion in international Market.

Drugs were concealed and hidden in different compartments of the boat. During this operation, 7x crew of the boat were also arrested.

The arrested smugglers and drug cache is handed over to Directorate of Custom Intelligence, Karachi for legal proceedings. The successful joint anti-narcotics operation by PMSA and Customs Intelligence shows firm resolves to deny illegal activities in Maritime Zones of Pakistan and to synergize efforts of Maritime Law Enforcement Agency in ensuring security of our waters.
