Rawalpindi, Pakistan and Belarus have an “Inter Governmental Commission on Military and Technical Cooperation”, since 2015. Three sessions have been conducted so far. The last session of this Commission was held in Minsk, Belarus in April, 2021.
Fourth session of the Commission is being held from 22-24 Janaury 2024 in Pakistan.
Mr. Rassalai Viachaslau, Deputy Minister SAMI, is heading the Belarus delegation while Pakistan side is being headed by Secretary Defence Production, Lt Gen (Retd) Humayun Aziz HI(M)

During the meeting, progress on previous agenda points was reviewed. Both sides agreed that there exists a potential for Pakistan and Belarus to increase their collaboration in the relevant areas of mutual interest.
